The Linden Centre in Intermezzo Magazine

In the latest winter issue of Intermezzo magazine, Jessica Mueller describes in detail her experience at the Linden Centre while participating in a themed culinary tour lead by Savory Spoon Chef Janice Thomas.
The article goes on to describe the architectural lay out of the Linden Centre, the geographical and enthographic diversity of Yunnan, followed by the culinary experience which Xizhou, the greater Dali area, and the Linden Centre chefs provided.
Included in the article are 10 local recipes that can be prepared in the comfort of your own home, or tasted here in the spacious glass coverd Linden Centre dining room. Recipes included are Fried Flat Rice Noodles, Dali Salad in Citrus Juice, and Deep Fried Eggplant among others. Download here to read all about it yourself.
